Chef Aleatra and I are so proud to share with you; the gluten free community an adventure no one has ever seen before. IEWIW is the world’s first naturally gluten free hospitality company. We encompass many specialized aspects of the food industry all under one roof.
As the chef who originally created the Gluten Free/Allergen Free Program for the Walt Disney Company I come with the background and experience to offer unique services in a ultra-specialized segment of the food industry. Along with my partner Aleatra Jones we offer Product development services to help you bring your dreams to both the retail shelf and the food service plate. We offer classes to teach you to confidently cook fabulous gluten free meals for those you love. Offer educational services to the masses through media such as TV, Youtube, cookbooks, monthly columns and articles in major gluten free periodicals. We have supported the foodservice aspects of the annual conferences for both The Gluten Intolerance Group of North America and The Celiac Sprue Association for the last ten years with much success. We are currently putting the finishing touches on a gluten free production facility here in the Nation’s Capital to produce our unique brand of gluten free fare. A truly amazing adventure awaits your palate.
One special segment of the company is already “living the dream” as we say in our company….I heart Cupcakes by Aleatra. The concept born in 2010 enables Chef Jones to specializing in creating delightful masterpieces in a compact way and showcases her ability to create explosive gluten free flavors to the mainstream. With new customers everyday and an exclusive gf cupcake contract with Embassy Suites DC Convention Center this segment of the company will see much expansion over the next year.
The jewel of the company is currently under menu development in the DC Metro area. A restaurant concept due to open in 2012 called Café Aleatra. A unique gluten free experience awaits those who choose to “take the mission”. Heading up by “my only gluten free apprentice to date” Corporate Chef Aleatra Jones; this concept will surpass the expectations of any gluten free restaurant in service to date.
